Cigar-shaped object flew to the west slowly, turned vertical, went up-and-down fast, then lost sight of going down.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. One cigar-shaped object was observed by two children in a residential area for two minutes. Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
