Fog. 250m object at 2km altitude, went up and down, white beam of same width. Emits steam or fog.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One object, about 600 feet across, was observed on the ocean for two minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
