Manta ray UFO paces car for several km. Had cockpit and window. Illuminates ground as it flies rapidly to the east.
An object was observed from a car. One manta ray-shaped object was observed by one witness on a road for five minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
