4m long white glowing ovoid UFO flew rapidly to the northeast, made 90 degree turn and followed car. Electromagnetic effect: lights and radio died.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One white ovoid object, about 20 feet across, was observed by two witnesses on a road for over three minutes.
