Disc 25' overhead beams circle of light down to ground around paperboy. Paralysis, missing time, possible abduction.
Witness reported that a period of time could not be accounted for. One disc, about 40 feet across, about forty feet away, was observed by one male witness in a residential area for ten minutes (Prim).
