Huge round UFO flies up Ohio River. Witness flashed car headlights, UFO flashed lights in response. Dogs barked and howled.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. Multiple independent witnesses. One round object, of huge size, was observed by a male witness (as reported to the police) and others on a river for ten minutes (Capehart; Ellis; Ellis, L; Hartenbach; Summers).
