Disc hovers over streetlight, paces car. Electromagnetic effect: car stalls. UFO banks, flies away.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Two domed discs, about 80 feet across, were observed in clear weather by three experienced witnesses on a highway for 50 minutes (Novak). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
