50 feet diameter disc at treetop level. Electromagnetic effect: headlights go out. Made whistling sound.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. One disc, about 80 feet across, was observed by more than two witnesses on a farm for 45 minutes (Smith).
