Many witnesses. CE3 and radar. UFO makes wild jumps from position. to the northwest.
An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. One object was observed by a male witness on the shore for 98 minutes. Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA3: MA1 plus any entities observed on board. i.e. the airship cases of the late nineteenth century.
