Disc hovers at low altitude, 50m away. Sweeps ground with white beam of light. Red nocturnal lights exit.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. More than three discs, around 100 feet away, were observed by four male witnesses on a farm for over four minutes (Hackmann). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
