Blob of light 200m away. Split into two discs, both fly away silently.
Flying discs were observed. Two shifting-shape objects, around 500 feet away, were observed by one female 16-year-old witness in a city for two minutes (Harney). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
