Deaf-mute eskimo was in garden when saw object flying along ridge. Wind or gravity effect sucked up 5 gallon cans, passed by 15-30m, near power lines under 4m. Others heard whirring sound. Explanation: Balloon.

An object was observed. Gravity effects were noted. Traces found. Multiple independent witnesses.

One metallic oval object, about 40 feet across, was observed in clear weather by more than two male witnesses in the tundra for five minutes (Jim). A whirring sound was heard.
