EM: car engine stalls. 30m object in blue haze. Hissing and sparks from wire fence.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue object, about 150 feet across, was observed by one male witness on a road for over one minute. A hissing sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
