ATCs make daylight visual sightings during morning hours 0800-1100, radar tracked discs at 8000m altitude to 20000m altitude. 12-yr-old sees four silver tumbling discs 1100, changed colors red to blue to green
Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. Four changing color discs were observed by more than three witnesses at an airport for three hours (Moyle).
