35' diameter. circular object with square windows shot straight up fast. Bleeping sound.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One elliptical, about 40 feet across, was observed by one male witness in a residential area for 20 minutes. A bleeping sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
