Police incident.
Two cops sent to investigate reports by public of UFO. Saw double-decker bus sized disc, surrounded by blue aura or field of energy. After few seconds object shrank, vanished. Other reports followed. An object was observed. Multiple independent witnesses. One disc was observed by more than two male witnesses, two of them experienced observors, as reported to the police, in a city.
