In December 1989 05:00 Mow Cop, UK 
ATCs at Manchester Airport picked up hovering radar return, police sent to investigate. Green and white UFO hung motionless. Radios dead. Report sent to MoD, who denied receiving it.
A hovering object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One multi-colored object was observed by several male witnesses (as reported to the police) (Grocott).
