Two cops see very large spinning UFO with flashing red and green lights around circumference. No noise. two more saw same from Walsall. Report sent to MoD.
An object was observed. Multiple independent witnesses. One multi-colored disc was observed by four experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) (Griffiths).
