Police incident. Explanation: Meteor.
Cop sent to see what stationary light on top of police radio tower was. Car radio and personal radio went dead. UFO moved away following contour of terrain. When flashed headlights UFO shot off. Second cop An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One white light was observed by two experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) for 30 seconds (Lee; Owen).
