Foresters incident.
Two foresters. Large cone-saucer, followed car, had rotating lights on rim. An object was observed from a car. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One cone-shaped object was observed in cloudy weather by two experienced male witnesses in a forest for over three minutes (Morel). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
