Loud whirring sound overhead, engulfed in white beam, unable to move. Saw under 50 feet up silver disc with multi-colored lights around rim. Missing time, clothes singed, skin burns. Female had round head scar.
An abduction of a witness was reported. Physiological effects were noted. Witness reported that a period of time could not be accounted for. One silver disc, about fifty feet away, was observed by two single witnesses at a park (Roth, D). A whirring sound was heard.
