USCG Guardsman incident.
Object with red flashing lights and two white lights, one on each side, hovered 5 minutes over Perry Monument, south Bass Island, moved abruptly, hovered two minutes, moved away. Viewed with binoculars. No aircraft. A hovering object was observed. One multi-colored light was observed by one experienced male military witness at a lake for seven minutes.
