Bright beam directed at car, lit up interior. Men got out, looked around, but could not find the source.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. Beams were observed by two experienced male witnesses on the shore.
Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind
Vallee rating: AN1: Anomalies which have no lasting physical effects. i.e. amorphous lights, unexplained explosions.
