In December 1995 Daytime Mount Vernon, UK 
Photo of flying dumbbell and disc. Disc is long and thin. Both objects caught on film in bright daylight. Compass in pocket at time reversed itself, became useless.
Objects were observed and photographed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Two dumbbell-shaped objects were observed by one experienced male witness (Maclean, J).
