Large diamond with many steady lights, moved east rapidly to the west, low altitude. Rated as high-reliability unknown.
An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One red diamond-shaped object was observed by one witness in a residential area for 18 seconds. No sound was heard.
