Light in sky flashed, changed colors as moved. Made upward jumps in oscillating motion, would stop cold. three powerful lights in triangle pattern higher, orange to blue to white, left-right moves.
An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One changing color light was observed by four experienced male witnesses on the shore (Antich). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
