Three National Telephone Company officials saw bright UFO, circular with red and white lights on bottom, hover stationary at 1000m altitude. Behind cloud three minutes, then 5 more minutes as went towardsLake Titicaca
A hovering object was observed. One multi-colored circular object was observed by three experienced male witnesses on a highway for eight minutes (Gomez). No sound was heard.
