3 December 1979 Night Humanes, Spain 
Veterinarian in car paced by UFO for several km, craft positioned itself 15m above car, object blinded him, causing him to lose control and run off highway.
An object was observed from a car. One object, about fifty feet away, was observed by one experienced male witness on a highway for a few seconds (Cuesta, A). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
