Police incident.
UFO buzzed car, shot straight up. An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One orange ball, of huge size, was observed in snowy weather by one male witness, two of them an experienced observors, as reported to the police, on a moor (Dodd). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
