Large white object, diffuse around edges, with red and green lights of narrow beams that moved about in an irregular manner. two sources for each light beam. UFO passed over car, hovered. No noise.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One multi-colored circular object, around 300 feet away, was observed in clear weather by one female 34-year-old witness on a highway for five minutes. No sound was heard.
