10 January 1975 Night St Thomas, Lake Erie, Ontario, Canada 
Electromagnetic effect: engine, radio died. Blue light hovered over car, followed it along road. Car made sharp turn, vehicle made sharper turn, car stalled, radio went off as light approached. Light rapidly to the west.
An object was observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue light was observed by three witnesses, typical age 16, at a lake (Jones). No sound was heard.
