Two boys watched Nocturnal light maneuver around during electrical storm. Beam of light arced around.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One light was observed in thunder by two male children in a rural area for 90 minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
