Black, silent 90m wide domed disc, 1.2m over road. Followed contours of terrain when departing.
A flying disc was observed. One black domed disc, about 300 feet across, was observed by one witness on a highway for over 15 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
