In early January 1974 21:00 Glenham N, South Dakota, USA 
UFO followed car, car turned around, so did object, followed them home. Hours later went outside to see UFO still hovering high over house. Viewed with binoculars, had row of many small windows, orange.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One orange disc was observed by more than six witnesses in a pasture for several hours. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
