Electromagnetic effect: car engine stalled, car moved 30 feet by UFO, asphalt melted. Elliptical UFO on road, rose with high-pitched whine.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and gravity effects were noted. Ground traces were found. One gray elliptical was observed by one male witness on a highway briefly. A high-pitched sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
