Ten feet diameter glowing ball ascends slowly at 45 degree angle, low altitude, 10 small nocturnal lights follow. Blue light beams.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. 11 luminous balls, about 10 feet across, were observed by two witnesses in a residential area for over three minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
