Oval object with red and white revolving lights, hovered silently over road 75' up. As she approached object shot up fast, moved to roadside, beamed light at ground. Radio frequency interference.
A hovering object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One multi-colored oval object, about 40 feet across, was observed in clear weather by one female 23-year-old witness at an electric plant for five minutes (Rasmussen). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
