Two midgets, 1.2m tall, signaled to witnesses with powerful red light, following sighting of a "fireball".
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One fireball was observed by more than three female witnesses (Velazquez, A). Two 4-foot-tall dwarves were seen.
