Nocturnal light paces car, makes small fast circles in sky. Shot off rapidly to the east northeast toward Souge Military Camp.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. One light was observed by two witnesses at a military facility for 20 minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
