In April 2000 Night Tucapel, Chile 
Power failure, sudden warmth, strong blue light temporarily blinded 5. Next day triangular burn found 115'x65'x65' emcompassing a high-voltage tower. Plants burnt, bent over.
An object emitting a blue beam was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Ground traces were found. One blue beam was observed.
