Baker incident.
One army reservist witness. Domed disc hovers off to left of roadside for 15 minutes, hums, rises, circles and away. Red, green, blue, white lights on base blinked in rotation. A hovering object was observed. One multi-colored domed disc was observed by one male military witness on a river for over 15 minutes (Duty, J). A humming sound was heard.
