In 1953 : Perrin AFB, Texas, USA 
Radar blip detected at Dallas, F-86 fighters from Perrin Field, Denver, Salt Lake ordered to intercept and destroy. UFOs crossed Oklahoma border toward Texas, stopped, 90 degree turn, rapidly to the northwest at 8000 mph. Debriefed four hours!
Objects were tracked by radar. Men in black later interviewed witnesses. Nine objects were observed by 11 single male military witnesses, including several experienced observors, at an airfield for a few seconds (Yergin, C).
