Radar-visual confirmation. Electric clocks ran fast, power outage. Dog howls. Huge disc.
An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One disc, of huge size, was observed by several male witnesses in a residential area for over 15 minutes (Waltz, R).
