80 feet wide boomerang object, curved in rear, paces car with two teenage girls at 30 feet altitude. Girls feared capture.
An object was observed from a car. One metallic V-shaped object, about 150 feet across, was observed by two female witnesses, typical age 18, on a highway for seven minutes (Parrotta). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
