Interference with UFO evidence. Abductee felt pulled by UFO. Some computer discs missing, some erased.
An object was observed. Men in black later interviewed witnesses. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One object was observed in a residential area for over one minute. A man in black was seen. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
