1' diameter glowing ovoid object just outside window, very bright, psychic effects.
An object was observed. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One luminous ovoid object, about 1 foot across, was observed by one witness in a residential area for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
