20 feet rectangle low over beach, buzzes car at 20 feet altitude. Makes light humming noise.
An object was observed from a car. One rectangular object, about 20 feet across, about twenty feet away, was observed by two witnesses on the shore for over one minute. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
