Witness looks out house window, sees 2m diameter disc only 4m away! two helmeted heads visible inside craft.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One domed disc, about 10 feet across, about twenty feet away, was observed by one witness in a residential area for over one minute. Two dwarves, each wearing a helmet, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
