Big ball of light with white panel hovers at low altitude. Blue cloud over road. Car has electromagnetic effect, leaves to the northwest.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One changing color ball, about 20 feet across, was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, on a highway for 20 minutes (Destrade; Yvonne).
