Fog. Electromagnetic effect: motorcycle stalled as luminous ovoid object approached, with smoke underneath, hovered. Being 2m tall appeared suddenly, put hand on shoulder of witness, had slit eyes, large helmet.
Electromagnetic effects were noted. One object was observed by one witness on a road for ten minutes (Chubert). One Asiatic being, wearing a helmet, was seen.
